Welcome to the official website of the Chicagoland Chapter of Sisters in Crime. The mission of Sisters in Crime is to promote the professional development and advancement of women crime writers to achieve equality in the industry.
 

Sisters in Crime is a world-wide organization of authors, readers, publishers, editors, agents, booksellers, and librarians dedicated to supporting women who write, read, sell or review crime fiction. Membership is open to men and women with an interest in mystery and suspense. We welcome readers, writers and everyone in-between.

The discussion will focus on the many genres in which Sisters in Crime authors write, and the ways in which SinC has helped them professionally over the past 25 years.
