 *   What are the steps involved?
 *   What technical expertise do you need to have?
 *   When should you do things yourself and when should you hire an expert?
 *   Why do we need editors and publishers anyway?
 *   What kind of marketing can you do on your own?
 *   What role does an editor play in preparing your book for public viewing?
 *   What resources (books, websites, experts, etc.) can I go to for help?
